打滑是自動變速箱常見的故障現(xiàn)象之一，大多數(shù)是由于操作粗暴造成。而自動變速箱打滑主要是指離合器結合后，發(fā)動機不能完全傳給驅動輪，因此車輛出現(xiàn)起步困難，行駛中貨加速中發(fā)動機轉速過高，但是車速卻提升緩慢的現(xiàn)象。因此，在平常需多注意保養(yǎng)，并及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、及早解決，避免不必要的經(jīng)濟損失。

　　一般汽車在正常的駕駛情況下，自動變速箱在換檔過程瞬間發(fā)動機轉速可達到2500——3000rpm，在換檔后的短時間內(nèi)，由于自動變速箱內(nèi)傳動比的變化，發(fā)動機轉速會下降到2000rpm左右。這是發(fā)動機轉速的正常變化規(guī)律。但是若在行駛中發(fā)動機的轉速過高，經(jīng)常高于3000rpm，甚至有時達到4000——5000rpm或者更高，出現(xiàn)爆表，則說明自動變速箱的換檔執(zhí)行器有打滑現(xiàn)象。

　　打滑現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)后，應該把車輛停下來，檢查自動變速箱油油位是否在正常的油位內(nèi)。太高或太低的油位都會影響自動變速箱的正常工作。太高的油位會導致變速箱在運轉時，自動變速箱內(nèi)部高速運轉的行星齒輪組與變速油相攪拌，產(chǎn)生大量的油氣混合物。由于油氣混合物的可壓縮性，不能建立起足夠的工作油壓來驅動變速箱；太低的油位將會使油液有時會與油泵的進油口相脫離，油泵空轉不能產(chǎn)生油壓。由于沒有足夠的油壓。離臺器、制動器將會在半制動、半離臺的狀態(tài)下工作，產(chǎn)生打滑。

　　油面調(diào)整正常后，若打滑現(xiàn)象消失，就不必要拆修自動變速箱，可繼續(xù)行駛使用。若油位正常，但自動變速箱油呈現(xiàn)棕黑色、灰黑色，并同時伴有刺鼻的燒焦、燒糊味，則自動變速箱的離臺器片、制動片、制動帶已經(jīng)因為打滑而有燒毀現(xiàn)象，須立即拆檢自動變速箱，進行維修，不可強制湊合行車。
